My second underwater system is
an Olympus PT-023 with a C8080 8-megapixel Olympus camera shown
below.
I managed to put the system together for a very reasonable price and
described how to get an underwater system without floating a
loan
here.
Having a backup system is always helpful when
you have one system out for servicing. Currently I use the
Sea & Sea for wide angle, and the Olympus for close-up work. For the most
part, most of the pictures on this site, as well as my other site,
George Perina Photography,
were taken with Nikon equipment. Probably half the
underwater images were taken with the venerable Nikonos, a camera
I still miss today. I have
a fondness for Nikon cameras & lenses, and having been using them
for over 30 years. |
