"Crashing Waves Over Seals"

Unfazed by the pounding surf, a group of resting harbor seals is about to be covered by a crashing wave

Fort Bragg, California

Seal Facts:

Unlike their cousins, sea lions, harbor seals are less agile on land, and generally have a more squat appearance. Their front flippers are less developed than sea lions, making it more difficult to support their weight on land.
